1. Acceptance of terms

4. Connected third-party services

ove lets you connect third-party accounts and grant permissions so the Service can read from and act on your behalf within those applications. You authorize ove to access, retrieve, and process data from connected services solely to provide the features you request. Your use of any third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for actions taken in them at your direction.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or unsolicited communications;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its rate limits; or
• generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI models to generate responses and to take actions you request. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and any actions taken in connected applications before relying on them.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ove and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
